Dorise Yang, M.D. received her undergraduate and medical degrees from The University of Chicago. She completed a residency training in Otolaryngology – Head and Neck Surgery at The University of Chicago Medical Center. As part of her residency, she completed a NIH sponsored research fellowship, and received an award for her research presentation. Following her residency, Dr. Yang did her fellowship training in Facial Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery, which was accredited by the American Academy of Facial Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery.

Dr. Yang's areas of clinical interests, in addition to general otolaryngology, are facial palstic surgery and facial reconstructive surgery. These include, but not limited to, rhidectomy (face lift), functional and cosmetic blephroplasty, otoplasty, functional and cosmetic rhinoplasty, facial trauma reconstruction, and skin cancer reconstruction.

Her hobbies include photography, drawing, music, reading, and travel. . She is fluent in Mandarin Chinese and Taiwanese.

Dr. Yang is board certified by the American Board of Otolaryngology—Head and Neck Surgery, and Board eligible for the American Board of Facial Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery.
