Kim TenEyck, C.N.P. became a Registered Nurse after completing the nursing program at Mercy Hospital’s School of Nursing in 1987. She then obtained her BSN from the University of Detroit Mercy, McAuley School of Nursing in 1994 and her Master of Science in Nursing and Certificate of Family Nurse Practitioner in 2002 from the Medical College of Ohio. She has successfully completed all Ohio Board of Nursing & Board of Pharmacy licensing requirements for prescriptive authority.
Kim practiced as an RN for several years at Mercy Hospital and St. Vincent Mercy Medical Center where her practice focus was with critically ill and injured patients. She became NT Physician’s first Certified Nurse Practitioner in 2003 and provides a wide range of medical otolaryngology services to the practice population. Her special clinical interests are Asthma, Allergy and the care / education of Laryngectomy patients.
Kim’s professional memberships include the Ohio Association of Advanced Practice Nurses, Sigma Theta Tau International Honor Society of Nursing and the American Academy of Otolaryngology, Head and Neck Surgery.
Spending time with family members and friends, along with reading and raising Great Danes, are of personal interest to Kim. Additionally, Kim volunteers as a health care member for Lucas County Medical Reserve Corps
