Liesa Davis, C.N.P. graduated from the University of Toledo in 2010 with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing Degree. After graduation, she obtained a position in the Medical Intensive Care Unit at the University of Toledo Medical Center, where she currently holds a contingent position. In 2011, she decided to continue her education pursuing her master of science in nursing degree, at the University of Toledo. While completing her clinical rotations, Liesa developed a special interest in Otolaryngology, specifically allergy control and maintenance. In 2014, she graduated from the University of Toledo with a Family Nurse Practitioner degree and joined E.N.T. Physicians Inc. Liesa is an active member in the Ohio Association of Advanced Practice Nurses, American Academy of Nurse Practitioners, and Sigma Theta Tau International Honor Society. Personal interests include reading, baking, traveling, medical mission trips and spending time with her family.
Kim Smith, C.N.P. became a Registered Nurse after completing the nursing program at Mercy Hospital’s School of Nursing in 1987. She then obtained her BSN from the University of Detroit Mercy, McAuley School of Nursing in 1994 and her Master of Science in Nursing and Certificate of Family Nurse Practitioner in 2002 from the Medical College of Ohio. She has successfully completed all Ohio Board of Nursing & Board of Pharmacy licensing requirements for prescriptive authority. Kim practiced as an RN for several years at Mercy Hospital and St. Vincent Mercy Medical Center where her practice focus was with critically ill and injured patients. She became NT Physician’s first Certified Nurse Practitioner in 2003 and provides a wide range of medical otolaryngology services to the practice population. Her special clinical interests are Asthma, Allergy and the care / education of Laryngectomy patients. Kim’s professional memberships include the Ohio Association of Advanced Practice Nurses, Sigma Theta Tau International Honor Society of Nursing and the American Academy of Otolaryngology, Head and Neck Surgery. Spending time with family members and friends, along with reading and raising Great Danes, are of personal interest to Kim. Additionally, Kim volunteers as a health care member for Lucas County Medical Reserve Corps.
